THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY

As the HSE Lead, you will provide expert guidance and leadership across multiple projects, ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld. Your focus will be on promoting a proactive safety culture, driving continuous improvement, and leading compliance initiatives to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE

• Diploma Qualifications in OH&S, HSEQ, Risk Management or related area is essential (Degree desirable – minimum requirement Cert IV OHS)
• Sound knowledge of HSE legislation, industry and best-practice standards and their relevance to the group
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the Mining, Oil & Gas, or Civil sectors
• Experience working within a multi-cultural workforce is desirable.
• Proven experience in a senior HSE role, ideally within the mining, resources, or construction sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation and standards.
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent); diploma qualifications are highly regarded.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
